Concept

For your family business day, we offer this innovative concept in Belgium that will bring today's Midwest fairgrounds to your door. Depending on the size of your group, we will set up a number of activity and food stands.

Each family will receive a card giving access to the activities and to the various food stalls. We can also rate families, as and when activities are carried out, to end the day with an award ceremony and offer a gift for each child of course!

The party style will be rural, with stands set up using straw bales, American-style food, fun activities and traditional activities.

Activities

Depending on the size of your group and in consultation with you, we will set up a greater or lesser number of activities.

The proposed activities are:

  1. Throwing balls: well known to all, try to knock down the pyramid of preserves using 3 balls.
  2. Showdown: using the mallet, try to ring the bell and thus demonstrate to everyone who is stronger...
  3. Archery: try to put the arrows as close as possible to the center of the target.
  4. Shotgun rifle shooting: the inevitable of each funfair...
  5. Darts: try to pierce as many balloons as possible using the darts provided.
  6. Mini-quad circuit: for children from 5 to 12 years old, we set up a mini-quad circuit.
  7. Ball pool: enter a giant ball and have fun on the pool.
  8. Angry birds: using the catapults, try to knock the pyramids out of cardboard boxes.
  9. Throwing rings: try to make the rings fall around the bottle necks.
  10. Bag race: a real yesteryear race in jute bags.
  11. Carousel: a real carousel with wooden horses can be set up.
  12. Pony ride: a pony ride to fulfill the dream of many children.
  13. Mini farm: our small farm will allow you to discover dwarf goats, Vietnamese pigs, chickens, rabbits and many more.
  14. Duck fishing: catch as many ducks as you can within the time limit.
  15. Baseball: try to pass the baseball through the tire.
  16. Basketball: score free kicks from the pitch line.
  17. Big dive: try to hit the target with a baseball, if you get there, the person sitting on the chair will fall into the water...
  18. Rodeo: get on our mechanical bull and try to stay in place as long as possible. Hilarity guaranteed!

Food stalls

Depending on the size of your group and in consultation with you, we will set up the food stands of your choice.

The stands offered are as follows:

  1. Hot dog stand: American icon, hot dogs will find their place on the ground and in the stomachs.
  2. Treats: love apples, cotton candy, marshmallow, are the different treats present on this stand.
  3. Popcorn: popcorn is a must for such a day...
  4. Hamburger: the other American icon, real 100% beef burgers with cheddar, pickles, ketchup and mustard ... a real delight.
  5. Pastries: donuts, brownies, muffins are some of the pastries you can find here.

Animations

​Strolling around the fair, our entertainers will amaze your guests ...

The different possible animations are as follows:

  1. Jugglers: they juggle anything and everything.
  2. The clown: these clowneries will make children and adults laugh. For the little ones, the clown also makes animals using balloons.
  3. The magician: he approaches you and takes a coin out of your ear, makes a dove appear and disappear, ... Let yourself be carried away in its universe, you will be surprised.
  4. The waders: going beyond the crowd with a few heads, you will see them coming from afar.
  5. Make-up artist: she will make up children like their hero or their favorite animal.

Drive in cinema

Weventures offers you the opportunity to end your family day at dusk with a very American touch. We suggest you create just for you, a drive-in cinema, for an evening replaying the film of your choice.

Location

This concept is completely mobile and can be done anywhere in Belgium. Ideally, it takes place in a large field or a park, but it can also be done in the parking lot of your company if it is spacious enough.
