Ready to aim, throw, and score your way to better teamwork? The Disc Golf Challenge is a dynamic and refreshing team-building activity set in a natural, park-like setting. This outdoor experience combines light physical movement with strategic thinking, communication, and shared fun—ideal for groups looking to enjoy nature while working together.
Disc golf is a fun and inclusive sport where players throw discs (like frisbees) toward a series of targets (baskets), aiming to reach each one in the fewest throws possible. In our team-building version, the activity is adapted into an exciting 2-hour program with up to 10 custom-set holes that blend into the surrounding environment.
Working in teams of 2 to 5, participants will strategize, cheer each other on, and rotate roles to conquer each hole creatively. Each hole presents a new challenge, from technical precision shots to playful twists that test coordination and teamwork.
Depending on the location and layout, we may add bonus challenges such as:
  • Obstacle Throws: Get around natural or artificial barriers.
  • Team Relay Throws: Strategically pass the disc from player to player.
  • Blindfold Basket: One player is blindfolded and guided by the others.
  • Accuracy Points: Earn extra points for hitting marked zones around the basket.
Whether your group is made up of sports lovers or complete beginners, disc golf is easy to learn and suitable for all fitness levels. It’s low impact, inclusive, and above all—fun!
This activity is perfect for corporate teams, associations, or any group that wants to build cohesion in a relaxed, open-air environment.

Location

The Disc Golf Challenge is a mobile concept and can be set up in any large, park-like setting with permission. We require open space with natural features such as trees, small hills, or fields to create the ideal course.
Location rental is not included.
