The afterwork party at your offices is an event that promises to be both fun and relaxing for all participants. As we arrive at your offices, we will begin by setting up a comfortable and inviting bar area. The bar will be situated outside of your offices, providing a perfect spot for employees to unwind and socialize after a long day of work.
In addition to the bar, we will also be setting up various other elements to create a lively and engaging atmosphere. Two food trucks will be on hand, offering a wide selection of delicious and satisfying options for your employees to choose from. We will also be setting up a variety of pop-up tents, providing shade and protection from the elements for those who want to take a break from the sun.
A music installation will be set up throughout the event, providing a soundtrack of upbeat and catchy tunes to keep the energy high. Along with the music, we will have tables and benches set up, providing a place to sit and enjoy a meal or chat with colleagues.
The main focus of the event will be the activities that participants can play freely. Corn Hole, Molky, Kubb, Beer Pong, Shuffle Board and Pétanque will be available to play and you can pick the one that you prefer. These activities are great way to have some fun, build team spirit and to just relax. We encourage everyone to join in and participate, regardless of their skill level.

Activities

The activities participants can play freely are

The proposed activities are:
  1. Corn Hole: A popular outdoor game where players take turns throwing bean bags at a raised platform with a hole in it. The objective is to land the bean bag in the hole for maximum points or on the platform for lesser points.
  2. Molky: A traditional Baltic and Scandinavian game where players try to knock down wooden pins by throwing a small wooden stick at them. It is similar to skittles or ninepins.
  3. Kubb: A lawn game that originated in Sweden, similar to horseshoes and bocce ball, in which players aim to knock over wooden blocks (or "kubbs") by throwing wooden batons at them.
  4. Beer Pong: A drinking game where players throw ping pong balls into cups of beer. The objective is to clear all the cups on the opposing team's side of the table before they do the same to yours.
  5. Shuffleboard: A game where players use cues to slide pucks down a long and narrow court with the aim of getting them to land in specific scoring areas.
  6. Pétanque: A traditional French game which is quite similar to bocce ball. Players take turns throwing heavy steel balls as close as possible to a small wooden target ball, or cochonnet (piglet).

  1. Hot dog: American icon, hot dogs will find their place on the market and in the stomachs.
  2. Melted Cheese Sandwich

Location

This concept is completely mobile and can be done anywhere in Belgium or Luxembourg. Ideally, it takes place on a hardened surface such as the parking lot of your company if it is spacious enough.
