As the holiday season approaches, what better way to get into the festive spirit than with a cozy Christmas market right outside your office building? Our team will arrive at your location and expertly set up an inviting outdoor market that will be sure to delight both employees and visitors alike.


To create the perfect atmosphere, we'll bring in two top-of-the-line food trucks, providing a delicious selection of seasonal treats and warm drinks. We'll also set up an inflatable chalet that will serve as the centerpiece of the market, complete with bright and colorful decorations. In addition, we'll use a variety of pop-up tents to create a variety of different areas for visitors to explore.


To add to the ambiance, we'll install a music system that will play holiday classics and modern hits throughout the market, giving the area a lively and upbeat feel. And to make sure everyone stays warm and comfortable, we'll provide gas heaters, as well as tables and benches for visitors to sit and enjoy the market.


Overall, our Christmas market will be an experience that your office and your community will look forward to each year. The sights and smells of the market will transport everyone to the heart of the holiday season, creating memories that will last well beyond the event itself.

Activities

Our Christmas market will include an exciting and unique musical blind test featuring popular Christmas songs. Visitors will have the opportunity to listen to a selection of festive tunes and guess the title and artist. It's a fun and interactive way for people to get into the holiday spirit and bond over their shared love of music.

Food stalls

Two food trucks will offer food options (savoury and sweet) :

1. Hot dog: American icon, hot dogs will find their place on the market and in the stomachs.
2. Tartiflette: A french must have on christmas markets. 
   
3. Waffles
4. Pancakes
   
5. Hungarian chimney cakes​

Drinks

​A central Bar offers drinks throughout the party

Cold drinks: beer, wine, péket, soft drinks & water
Hot drinks: Hot chocolate milk, coffee, hot wine.

Location

This concept is completely mobile and can be done anywhere in Belgium or Luxembourg. Ideally, it takes place on a hardened surface such as the parking lot of your company if it is spacious enough.
